Bravo Fare

  • Ticket valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
  • Non-refundable.
  • Changes permitted up to 48 hours before departure, subject to a fee of $125 + taxes, plus any applicable fare difference.
  • No changes permitted within 4 hours prior to departure.

Encore Fare

  • Available for bookings made more than 2 days prior to departure, subject to availability.
  • Non-refundable; however, the amount paid may be reused within 12 months of issuance, subject to a fee of $75 + taxes.
  • Changes permitted, including name changes, subject to a fee of $75 + taxes, plus any applicable fare difference.
  • No changes permitted within 4 hours prior to departure.
  • The Encore Fare is offered on 70% of the aircraft’s seats, subject to availability.

Energy Fare

  • Available at all times.
  • Refundable and changeable without fees up to 24 hours before departure, including name changes.
  • Within 24 hours prior to departure, the ticket remains refundable subject to a fee of $75 + taxes.
  • No changes permitted within 4 hours prior to departure.
  • The Energy Fare is available on all seats of the aircraft.

PAAR Program

Travel within Québec by air at the best price

The Air Access Program for the Regions (PAAR) is a Government of Québec initiative designed to significantly reduce airfare costs on domestic flights within the province.

Program Period

  • PAAR is in effect from February 3, 2025, to March 31, 2027.

Available Discounts

  • The discount may range from 50% to 85% off the ticket price, depending on the destination and participating air carriers.

How It Works

  • Purchase the ticket at the PAAR fare directly from a participating carrier (such as Air Liaison).
  • The discount is applied at the time of purchase.
  • The PAAR fare applies to:
  • individuals traveling for personal reasons,
  • non-profit organizations,
  • eligible school, extracurricular, sports, and cultural travel.

Ticket Eligibility

The PAAR fare does not apply if:

  • The ticket is purchased or reimbursed by a business or organization (except non-profits),
  • The travel is for business or work-related purposes,
  • The flight is a charter flight.

Ticket Limit

  • Maximum of 6 one-way tickets (or 3 round trips) per person, per year (from April 1 to March 31).
  • This limit does not apply if:
  • Your primary residence is in certain regions (e.g., Abitibi-Témiscamingue, Bas-Saint-Laurent, Côte-Nord, Gaspésie–Îles-de-la-Madeleine, Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean, Nord-du-Québec),
  • You are a full-time student and your parent lives in one of these regions.
